Nextec Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your item has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your specific Emirate.

Payment on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all UAE orders. If you select this method, please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the courier upon arrival.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
